Advertising on Facebook is quite a powerful tool for businesses looking to find new customers. However, through these advertisements, it happens that people complain about the quality of service and find themselves in bad companies, which simply advertise themselves on the site. Facebook has therefore decided to change its community standards policy.
Facebook will banish advertisements on websites of companies with poor customer service
People on Facebook complained about two things when it came to advertising and companies. Firstly, the inaccurate time of dispatch of the items in question or the fact that the advertisements do not represent exactly the products that are being sold. Now Facebook has decided to introduce a new tool that will help in dealing with such problems.
This tool is designed to help users rate companies from which they have purchased a product. The evaluation can be found in the tab of advertising activities. It is then enough to fill in a short questionnaire, in which we will determine, among other things, the quality of customer service provided by a given company. This information is designed to help Facebook better hire companies that offer poor service or customer service.
If they receive many negative reviews, Facebook, for example, will banish the possibility of advertising by such companies. This is obviously the last resort, Facebook can also reduce the number of advertising campaigns that a given company will launch. Facebook could also improve its own mobile app.
