Huawei announced at the end of June that they would start deployment of EMUI 9.1. Huawei’s latest high end was the first to have access to this new version of their Customization Layer. After a few weeks, new phones roll it out. Now it’s eight new models that are expected in July of this year.
Meanwhile, most of the phones of the brand will update in July of this year. Deployment in China has already begun.
EMUI 9.1 now available
“Huawei P10, Huawei P10 Plus, Huawei Mate 9, Huawei Mate 9 Pro, Huawei Nova 2s, Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, Huawei Nova 2s, Honor 9 and Honor V9 are the phones that have the honor to receive EMUI 9.1 officially on this occasion. This update has already started to be used in China and will reach new markets over time.”
As usual, Huawei always introduces OTA first in China. But over time it can be downloaded in other countries. For this reason, it is a matter of waiting a few days until it is also introduced in worldwide markets. EMUI 9.1 is currently being deployed, although we will get to know the new version of this layer, that is, EMUI 10 in a month’s time. The Chinese brand will officially present it in early August. So maybe we will get more news about it soon.
