This week, Asus has introduced its new gaming laptop with a double screen, the Asus Zephyrus Duo 15. This new ultra-slim model combines high-end surfaces with premium components like Nvidia RTX 2080 Super, i9 10th Gen, and 32 GB RAM.

This is a high-end portable game model with features specifically designed for content creators thanks to the additional touch screen. On this panel, we can configure shortcuts during live broadcasts or simply to increase our productivity while working.

Once the laptop cover is lifted, the additional ROG ScreenPad Plus screen is elevated by a 13º tilt angle. Its dimensions are 14.1 inches and it achieves a resolution of 3840 x 1100p at a frequency of 60 Hz. Users can watch movies or play games on the main screen, while on the second screen they can check email and social networks and keep an eye on the toolbars. In addition, ROG ScreenPad Plus supports the ASUS active pen.

Its physical features include a 15-inch IPS panel screen, and users can choose between a 300 Hz and 3ms video gaming panel or a high-resolution 4K UHD screen. In this second model, we’ll have Pantone certification and 100% coverage of the Adobe RGB color space, which is perfect for designers.

The design of the Asus Zephyrus Duo 15 has a 20.9 mm thick aluminum frame and weighs 2.4 kg. In terms of connections, we have a separate 3.5mm microphone and audio port, USB-C 3.2 Thunderbolt 3, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0b output, and three USB-A ports.

To keep this powerful engine at the right temperatures, we have the Active Aerodynamic System (AAS), a mechanism that allows a wide opening in the chassis for more efficient heat dissipation. For this purpose, it is equipped with n-blade turbine heat sinks made of liquid metal fans.
