The new liquid CPU coolers feature a 3.5-inch LED display that lets you read useful information about temperatures and other details.

The Ryujin II uses closed-loop liquid cooling (CLC) and Asus has decided to use high-quality Noctua Industrial PPC PWM fans again, which should provide very good cooling performance while operating quietly.

The OLED screen is used to display character stats, various images, and even custom GIFs, which is the hallmark of the Ryujin series.

The Asus Ryujin II series will have two models, 240mm and 360mm, and both models include a small fan on the side of the CLC pump to provide increased cooling on the block that directly touches the CPU. The design also provides additional airflow around the CPU VRM and near the M.2 slots.

Joe Hsieh, CEO of Asus, commented:

“In developing the next generation of our premium Ryujin coolers, we once again turned to Asetek and their most advanced technology to date, delivering extreme performance, quiet operation, and industry-recognized quality and reliability,” said Joe Hsieh, COO of ASUS. “With the ROG Ryujin II 240/360, we wanted to not only maximize performance but also improve aesthetics while upgrading the display to an LCD panel and retaining FanXpert controls.”
