ASUS Lyra Voice features triple-band AC2200 Wi-Fi connectivity. And it supports both an 802.11ac mesh wireless router and a personal voice assistant. That connects to other network-connected Lyra routers to form a very high-speed internet backbone.
Also, that provides seamless Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the house. Also, it supports Amazon Alexa voice assistant, voice/voice broadcasts, querying for weather, even smart home appliances. In addition, there are cloud-based platforms like IFTTT and automation for traditional homes. That makes the stylish home.
ASUS Lyra Voice: Smart Speaker with Wi-Fi and Alexa Support, CES 2018
ASUS Lyra Voice combines several devices at once. At first glance, it might seem that this is just a column. But it’s also a three-band mesh-router with Wi-Fi 802.11ac support. Also, the gadget allows you to interact with Alexa’s voice assistant from Amazon. Setting up and managing Lyra Voice and Lyra Trio is via Lyra’s proprietary mobile application.
ASUS has developed an impressive habit with new technologies. Forget the routers with subtle designs that melt in your living room. Also, the company has started to manufacture routers that look like straight wacks. An example: the Blue Cave router that was launched at Computex last year. At CES 2018, ASUS introduced the Lyra Trio. That is a triangular mesh router that looks like a flimsy iron, and Lyra’s voice. The latter is a mesh router that works like a built-in stereo speaker with Alexa. Both will be available in the first half of 2018. But ASUS has not yet announced the prices.
