Apple first approved the Steam Link application for release, but the next morning, Apple revoked its approval citing business conflicts with the application’s guidelines that were allegedly not addressed by the original review team. Valve appealed, explaining that the Steam Link application functions as a LAN-based remote desktop similar to numerous remote desktop applications already available on the App Store.

It is a pity that the company decides to leave a large number of users without the Steam App although this could come from somewhere else and perhaps in the future we will learn more about this decision…..
