Strange Brigade is one of the most interesting games released in the last days of August. The game is released on August 27th and AMD is ready to receive it with an update of the adrenalin 18.8.2 beta drivers.
Adrenalin 18.8.2 welcomes Strange Brigade
AMD today released the 18.8.2 beta version of its Radeon adrenaline drivers. This version of the famous drivers includes support for Strange Brigade, so if you plan to play this game and have an AMD graphics card, these drivers are mandatory for you.
Apart from that, there are some known issues with this version of the driver, such as minor damage in the volcano rendering of Strange Brigade on Windows 7 systems; the application crashes on V-Sync and FreeSync-enabled systems (also on Windows 7), and Radeon Overlay runs on multiple GPU configurations under volcano rendering.
Remember that these drivers are beta, so they are not recommended if you already have the latest stable drivers and under no circumstances plan to play Strange Brigade, you can skip them.
The drivers of the Adrenalin series are compatible with graphics cards from the HD 7700-7900 series, which are quite old, but AMD by no means renounces the support of these cards, as well as the entire Radeon Mobility series. The drivers are compatible with the Windows 7 and higher operating system.
