AMD brings the AMD Ryzen 2600X and 2700 package with Wraith Max heat sinks for Christmas

AMD is approaching Christmas, a time for material procurement by the user, which is always welcomed by the companies. To increase sales, AMD offers two different packages that include a common gift: it is Wraith Max CPU sink that can consume up to 200 watts.

AMD’s movement is intelligent, with two of its sales bastions, the Ryzen 7 2700X and the Ryzen 5 2600 are able to exploit sales this year from their inferior or superior colleagues. For this reason, AMD has launched a new limited edition package, known as Ryzen Max, which would include the official AMD Wraith Max heat sink on both GPUs.

These packages will be a limited edition and will only be offered during the holidays, which is a requirement for those who are thinking about putting together a team on these dates. These bundles are only offered in two CPUs: together with the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 and the AMD Ryzen 5 2600X. Both options represent positive sales but could be clouded by their brothers.

The AMD Ryzen 7 2700 has 8 cores and 16 threads with a fundamental frequency of 3.2 GHz and a boost that raises its frequency to 4.1 GHz, all with a TDP of 65 watts. While the AMD Ryzen 5 2600X contains 6 cores and 12 strings at a fundamental frequency of 3.6 GHz and achieves a boost of 4.2 GHz with an upper TDP of 95 watts.

This bundle would make it possible to increase the frequencies because of its high power dissipation since it can discharge up to 200 watts. XFR2 would do the rest to allow the CPU to reach higher top speeds under certain workloads, improving performance without requiring the user to touch a single parameter.

In such offers, we found a price for the bundle of the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Max of 322 Euros at the exchange rate without shipping costs, while in the case of the AMD Ryzen 5 2600X the price falls to 249 Euros.

A very cheap price considering that we can currently find the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 without bundle for 299 Euro and the AMD Ryzen 5 2600X for 220 Euro.

Only 23 and 29 Euros more for a large Bill heat sink with RGB, which is able to keep these two CPUs in check without ruffling, and therefore has a low sound quality. Especially this heat sink can be purchased separately for 65.13 Euro:
