AMD’s Radeon graphics cards will receive a new Adrenalin 18.12.1 driver update, this time for Just Cause 4, which will be available on December 4.
AMD today released the beta drivers of its Radeon software Adrenalin 18.12.1 drivers, which only support Just Cause 4, due for release on December 4, promising immense mapping and lots of fun. The game will be released not only for PC, but also on XBOX One and Playstation 4 consoles, as in previous versions.
While it’s good to see AMD improve support for games before their release, this driver offers nothing tangible, meaning there are no performance enhancements on other titles, changes or fixes. However, AMD has listed some known issues with these drivers, such as mouse delay on multiple screens when enabled, and Assassins Creed: Odyssey, which can fail in certain places on Windows 7 systems, issues that were already listed on previous drivers and still have no solution.
Official support for Justa Cause 4 means that the game works optimally with these controllers. So if you’re thinking of buying this game and own a Radeon graphics card, it’s highly recommended that you upgrade and avoid any inconvenience.
