On October 21, Acer held a new conference and launched a number of new products, including the Spin range of two thin and lightweight flip-books, the Spin 3 and Spin 5, both equipped with 11th generation Intel Core processors and featuring a Thunderbolt 4 interface. The Acer Spin 5 will hit the shelves in November.
Acer Spin 5 is equipped with a 13-inch IPS VertiView screen, with a 3:2 productivity screen design, with support for pen input and touch operation, screen optional antibacterial Corning Gorilla glass version. The body weighs approximately 1.2 kg and is 14.9 mm thick, allowing 360° freedom for turning and folding.
In terms of configuration, the Acer Spin5 is powered by up to an Intel Core i7 11th generation processor with integrated Intel Xe graphics. With a battery life of up to 15 hours, it is equipped with a Killer 1650 Wi-Fi network card and supports Wi-Fi 6 networking and the Thunderbolt 4 interface protocol.
The other Acer Spin 3 is equipped with a 13.3-inch IPS multi-touch display with a 16:10 screen ratio and 2560×1600 resolution, also supports 360° flip, with Active Stylus pen to achieve 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. It is equipped with an Intel Core 11th generation processor, supports dual solid-state drives, and also features a Thunderbolt 4 interface, timing, and price of the product launch have not yet been announced.
