Although the Ryzen 2000 series has only been available for a few weeks, the series still lacks models with four cores based on the 12 nm manufacturing process. The Zen+ Ryzen 3 2300X and Ryzen 5 2500X models will be introduced with B450 motherboards at the end of July, so that a little more waiting is needed, but they are already starting to see PCs with these chips.
Nitro N50-100 is one of the first computers with Ryzen 5 2500X
With the Acer Nitro N50-100, Acer already offers a complete system with an unprecedented AMD quad-core processor. In the recording we see this PC from Acer’s own store with this processor in a MicroTower, accompanied by 8GB RAM memory, a hybrid SSD 256GB + HDD 1GB memory and the AMD Radeon RX 580 graphics card, as you can see, it is a midrange computer that is sold at the time of writing for 943.50 Euros from Acer’s Slovak store.
The Ryzen 5 2500X is the fastest processor in a quad-core configuration that AMD will offer with its 2000 (Zen+) series, ahead of the Ryzen 3 2300X with 8-wire, compared to the 4-wire 2300X. The TDP of this chip is 65 W and can reach a turbo speed of 4.0 GHz. The announcement of these chips together with the B450 motherboards will be made in a few days.
