ZOTAC ZBOX CI327 NANO A mini PC from Zotac. Zotac Launches New Mini PC with Apollo Lake: ZBOX CI327 nano is a fanless model (no fan) with an Intel Celeron N3450 chip. It has HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2, and VGA port for graphics enhancements. It is available in three SKUs, one barebone without RAM, ROM and OS.

Although we are still waiting for the Mini PC with Intel Zotac XBOX with Kaby Lake processor that was presented at CES 2017. So it is matter of time when this brand will launch in market. But the Chinese company has launched a new model that is worth keeping an eye on. It is named for Zotac ZBOX CI327 nano. This is special because it is a small fanless desktop PC. That comes with gray ventilation on each side. Also it incorporates the Intel Celeron quad-core N3450 (Apollo Lake) processor. So this looks much like the latest media box.
Next it is available in at least three SKUs : a version so named as barebones (without RAM, storage and OS). The next one is a “Plus” which is equipped with a system memory and internal memory. And finally there is another which comes with Windows 10 on board.
The Mini PC has the following ports: HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2, and VGA with up to three external display support. There is also a M.2 slot to add memory of solid state. Also there is a bay for a 2.5 inch disk which is for an SSD or HDD drive. It comes with plus two DDR3L-1866 SODIMM slots for a maximum of 8 GB memory.
And in particular: Zotac ZBOX CI327 nano Plus comes with 4GB of RAM and SSD SATA 2.5 “128GB. However while the final version Zotac ZBOX CI327 nano comes with Windows operating system comes with 4GB of RAM. And has 32GB SSD M.2 with a bay for ‘ 2.5 units. Which has the free access for expansion of storage if necessary.
Network Connectivity in ZOTAC ZBOX CI327 NANO
Regardless of the configuration, ZOTAC ZBOX CI327 NANO each model comes with a module of WiFi 802.11ac. That operates with an external antenna. there is also a Bluetooth 4.2 module for wireless connectivity. It has two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two USB 3.0 and a USB 3.0 Type-C connector along with two USB 2.0 ports. On board there are also connectors for microphone and headphones and a microSD card reader.
At the moment, Zotac have not revealed the new unit price. But we are sure that it will be very convenient. Because if you compare with the model Zotac ZBOX CI323 which has the older Intel Celeron N3150 chip is currently on sale for $ 134. So here we can expect a little higher price than this one.
