YouTube announces a new resource for channel monetization

Two years ago, YouTube introduced a new ad format that must not be omitted. But only a few creators have been given the opportunity to implement them in their channels.

These displays can appear before or after the video and are currently 15 to 20 seconds long. This ad format does not have the typical “skip display” option that represents the rest of the ads, as it is necessary to view them to view the video content.

And now YouTube has announced that anyone who is already able to monetize their channels can activate this ad format. This is a new resource for authors as there is a bonus for new and published videos.

 

On the other hand, YouTube will also add a new tool for authors that make it easier to manage these types of ads. For example, they can track the sales they generate, the interaction with the audience and other details.

This new momentum will continue from next week. Qualified creators receive a notification that video ads that cannot be skipped are already enabled for their account.
