Google, striving to keep improving, recently we told you that Gmail was introducing a new design, and no doubt has been well received by the audience, as well as the renewal of features such as the implementation of Artificial Intelligence to notify about important emails, now have renewed the design of a section widely used by everyone, this is the section “My account”, where you set the security details of your profile.
The ‘My Account’ section has now been renamed as `Google Account’ and will feature a new, much more intuitive and user-friendly design.
According to the company, this new scheme will make it easy for people to find options for configuring security information, phone number or alternate mail without having to follow multiple tabs, as explained by Google:
Now you can find your Activity Controls on the Data and Personalization tab and find out what kind of data is stored in your account to make Google work better for you. In the same tab, you can do your Privacy Review where you can also learn how your experience is configured through Google services.
But, that’s not all.
In addition to the improved privacy settings, `Google Account’ will allow you to control the payment methods, which exist in the different services of the company.
To access the service you must follow this link, where you can see the interface much easier.
You can also control and track your purchases, subscriptions, bookings and contacts. Without a doubt an incredible tool.
The new Google Account will also show you alerts and notifications with proposals to improve security.
As Google indicates, you may receive notifications to remove old devices that are still associated with your account and are no longer used.
You may also receive notices to revoke permissions to certain applications that have not been verified by Google.
If you’re using Android, this new feature is now available from the Settings section, however, iOS users and the web version will have to wait a little longer.
