The vast majority of applications, games and/or services that offer or require a subscription to use can be purchased through our iPhone or iPad using our Apple ID. In this way, we unify all our subscriptions in one place, which we will always pay automatically through the payment method we have established in iTunes (credit card, debit card or PayPal). However, when you want to cancel any of these contracted services, finding the section where to do so may not be so easy.
View or cancel your subscriptions from one place
I’m sure many of you have purchased Netflix, Todoist, Evernote or any other service through your iOS device. You may even have forgotten which subscription you have or have not activated. Whether you want to check your subscriptions or want to cancel them to avoid automatic payment for something you no longer need, here’s how to do it.
Option 1
If you are on a Mac or PC with iTunes installed, you can click on this link and you will automatically be redirected to the corresponding section of iTunes where you can check the status of all your subscriptions and cancel any you wish.
Option 2
- Open the App Store application on your iPhone or iPad device
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner
- Tap your name, scroll down and select the “Subscriptions” option (if you don’t have a subscription, this section may not appear).
Now you’ll see all your active subscriptions and also those that have already expired linked to your Apple ID. Simply tap on the one you want to manage to cancel, change options, or view more information.
