Start getting the Continued Conversations to the Google Wizard

One of the new features introduced in the past in Google I/O 2018 is the Continued Conversations feature in the Google Wizard, an optional setting that allows users to have smooth and natural conversations with the Wizard without frequently entering the familiar “Hey Google” or “OK Google” before setting any commands or requests by voice.

Well, like many other new features introduced, the Continued Conversations feature in the Google Wizard is now starting to be deployed, initially reaching Google Home Home, Google Home Mini and Google Home Max loudspeaker users in the United States.

Those interested in this function need only activate it. To do this, they will need to access the Google Wizard application and then go to Settings → Preferences → Continued chat and press the activation button.

Google points out that once the feature is enabled, after a query is made to the Wizard, you can be prompted for anything else without having to say “Hey Google” or “OK Google” before each request, with the Wizard active long enough until it detects that the conversation has ended by no more voice commands or requests, or users say “Thank you” or “Stop” to end it.

However, initially, you will still have to activate the Wizard with an “OK Google”, “Hey Google” or a physical activator, although the optional configuration activated will avoid entering these commands as often as before.
