The new Sapphire FS-FP5V motherboard measures 147.3mm x 139.7mm and is designed for AIO desktops, digital signage boxes, and compact desktops. Its Ryzen Embedded V1000 4-core, 8-wire processor runs at a clock frequency of 2.00 GHz and is capable of reaching 3.35 GHz in turbo mode. The iGPU is a Radeon Vega 11 chip, required to provide all four DisplayPort 1.4 outputs of this board, which will be very useful for digital signage applications.

The Ryzen Embedded V1000 processor is connected to two SO-DIMM DDR4 slots, which support up to 32GB of dual-channel DDR4-2933 memory for high performance. Storage connectivity includes an M.2-2280 PCI-Express 3.0 x4 slot, an M.2 E-key slot for WLAN cards and a 6 Gbps SATA port. Network options include two 1 GbE interfaces, and USB connectivity passes through two USB 3.1 gen 1 ports on the back panel and two USB 3.1 gen 1 ports on the front of the board, one type A and one type C.

The board is powered by an external 2-pin DC connector or a 4-pin ATX. Hopefully, we will soon see it in new products coming onto the market. You can leave a comment with your opinion on this motherboard.
