The RRA (Korean National Radio Research Agency) has revealed the registrations and existence of the RTX 3080 Ti, along with the first two images of the models from Palit and Leadtek.
RTX 3080 Ti: Models from Palit and Leadtek leaked with triple fan designs
The existence of RTX 3080 Ti graphics cards is almost a fact, we have the records and we have the first leaked images of some third-party models. In this case, we have images from manufacturers Palit and Leadtek, both with a triple-fan design. Leadtek’s model will be the WinFast Hurricane, while Palit’s will be the Gaming Pro.
Since the RTX 3080 Ti uses the same design board as the RTX 3080, we probably won’t see too many different models on an aesthetic level, but we will on a performance level, which places it somewhere between the RTX 3080 and the RTX 3090.
Both models use triple fans with a thickness of 2.5 slots. These models appear to be semi-custom, with customized cooling and cases, but the board design is the one used by the reference model. So both graphics cards require two 8-pin connectors from the power supply.
Nvidia may announce the RTX 3080Ti graphics card at Computex 2021 on May 31. This graphics card, along with the RTX 3070 Ti, should go on sale during June, along with the first tests from major portals.
