According to foreign media reports, the people who know about the deal to buy arm by NVIDIA provides a hint that the deal will be completed as soon as the end of the summer.

The two sides have entered into exclusive negotiations and are expected to reach an agreement by the end of the summer, according to sources.
The media reported that Arm was first put up for sale by its parent company Softbank in April this year when U.S. investment bank Goldman Sachs was asked to identify potential buyers.
Goldman Sachs had contacted Apple in April, but Apple does not intend to participate in the tender, as Arm’s licensing business and Apple’s combined software and hardware business model are not very consistent.
In addition, Apple could raise regulatory concerns if it were to buy the licensor for the chip technology, which supplies many of its competitors.
Goldman Sachs then attempted to form a consortium including Qualcomm, Samsung, and NVIDIA, which will acquire a stake in Arm.
The media has stated that the value of Arm is estimated at around $44 billion, and there are also estimates of higher evaluations for Arm.
