The difference between the two devices is in the use of a 14-inch and 15.6-inch screen respectively, in both cases with 1366×768 and 1920×1080 resolutions to suit the needs of all users. Both computers can be chosen with a Core i7 and Core i5 processor, in both cases with the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 graphics, although there is also the possibility of choosing a version with a Nvidia GeForce MX130 graphics engine, much more powerful when running video games, although it will not allow us to play very demanding games.

Dell offers an optional IR camera for Windows Hello, and thanks to the Thunderbolt 3 interface, a variety of docking options are offered, as well as the ability to use an external graphics solution to greatly enhance its performance in the most demanding games. Other features of these Dell Latitude 5000 include the Dell Client Command Suite, Dell Data Protection, a hardware authentication package and the option to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon X7 modem, which offers LTE download speeds of up to 300Mbps.

Both will be available on May 17, with the Dell Latitude 5491 at a starting price of $899 and the Dell Latitude 5591 at a price of $999. Pretty good prices for the features they offer.
