Microsoft works on the integration of Cortana with Outlook on iOS and Android
According to the source, Microsoft would be working on an Outlook version. That would allow users to ask Cortana to read and respond to emails. In particular, an integration of this type would let us tell Cortana to read us all the new emails. Or only those that come from a specific sender. Of course, all this we would do using just our voice.
As you could have imagined, an integration of this type would make it possible for us to manage email in all kinds of situations. Especially when we find ourselves doing other things. If we look back, the technology giant has been introducing news of interest for some time in Cortana. That is also able to remind us to perform different tasks found in our emails.
Undoubtedly, this would be a most exciting feature for all those intensive Outlook users. Even so, it is essential to bear in mind that according to the source, the function is still in the internal testing phase. That is, Microsoft would even have to launch a beta version of it before the official global release occurs.
