The Microsoft Garage team presented one of its new creations, Spend, a free app for tracking business costs from an iOS device.
This application aims to facilitate the management of a company’s expenses and revenues, with intelligent features that save time and prevent forgotten transactions from being recorded. And of course, you can also use the dynamics to track personal or family expenses.
While reviewing some of its features, there are intelligent features that automatically classify expenses, document management, the ability to integrate cards and bank accounts to process transactions, monthly or weekly summaries, including details.
All expenses can be recorded manually or by uploading the image of receipts or tickets to automatically receive the total amount. Spend can edit an expense report at any time, with the option of receiving it as a PDF file or using a spreadsheet, as well as to print it out or email it.
There are several options for customizing the management of expenses, such as categories, labels or the ability to add notes. On the other hand, Microsoft mentions that Spend has 256-bit SSL certificates to ensure the security of data shared by the user.
It’s a simple and convenient app that lets you customize your dynamics to use them in both business and personal contexts.
