Lian-Li announced a new Mini-ITX chassis called PC-Q39. That is a progression from the PC-Q37, only this time with a slightly larger chassis. And can now accommodate an ATX form factor, up to 2x120mm for a heatsink and a triple-slot graphics card. The exterior of the chassis uses tempered glass on one side with an updated aluminum front panel. That gives it a more upscale look.
PC-Q39 Dual Chamber Design
Like its predecessor, the PC-Q39 maintains a dual-chamber design that separates the motherboard, video card and HDD / SSD heatsink/radiator and power supply.
Lian-Li strategically placed dedicated eyelets for liquid cooling tubes at the top and bottom of the motherboard tray, so the manufacturer does not forget the expansion possibilities, despite offering a compact tower.
The front panel, located at the top of Q39 (was on the front of the Q37). That has been improved to include a single USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type C, as well as two USB3.0 ports. Also, the additional size of the PC-Q39, 15 mm wider. That allows you to use the most common ATX form factor for PSU, up to 160 mm in length.

Two additional spaces also come for units of 2.5, found on the rear and the motherboard plate, for a total of three 2.5 units.
