While waiting for LG to announce the new LG G7, today we learned that LG seems to be preparing a mini version of the future terminal.
LG registers the name’LG Q7′ with the Korean Intellectual Property Office
The Korean company has registered the name’LG Q7′ with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, so we can expect to see this model at some point.
Last year, LG launched the LG Q6, a mini version of the LG G6, as well as the LG Q8, which is now a mini version of the LG V20. We don’t know if the LG Q7 will be a mini version of the future LG G7 or, perhaps, the current LG V30.
This year’s LG flagship, the G7, will appear on the market as early as May, but it is not the only “seven” that the Koreans plan to show. The manufacturer is also working on the Q7 model.
The premiere of LG Q7 is expected to take place in the summer. Probably in July. In this way, the LG will fill the gap between the May premiere of the G7 and the November launch of the V40 and has already reserved the symbol of the upcoming telephone call to the Korean Intellectual Property Office.
The specification of the Q-Series model remains unknown. However, most analysts believe that we can expect Snapdragon 450, a dual primary camera, an image format of 18:9 and a price of about €350.
