The Lenovo company has revised its notebook line and brings the best of today’s hardware technology and provides an enhanced experience for users looking for entertainment as long as they don’t interpret “entertainment” as “video games”.
More specifically, the organization has three new laptops in the Yoga series, called Yoga C930, Yoga Book C930 and Yoga S730, which have more than 24 hours of battery life.
Lenovo Yoga C930
Introducing the Lenovo Yoga C930, the most expensive of the three notebooks. It will be available for $1,749, which is Lenovo’s flagship product for this generation of notebooks.
Designed as a hybrid system with a touchscreen and a hinge that allows 360-degree rotation of the screen. In this respect, the previous hinge design which looked like a collection of watch parts was replaced by a new soundbar.
It has a 13.3-inch high-resolution IPS touchscreen with 1080 pixel resolution and support for the 4K format. You can buy a Lenovo pen to take advantage of Windows Ink features. In addition, the device has two USB-C ports, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS and stereo amplifiers.
The specifications of this notebook are not intended for games, as it has an Intel Core i7-8550U CPU or an i5-8250U, both chips of the previous generation of Whiskey Lake. The different versions of the notebook, which will arrive in some countries will start with 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD.
Lenovo Yoga S730
With this model, Lenovo introduces its second laptop, concentrating on sound and image and being one of the most striking of the Yoga series. It has a hinge that opens up to 180 degrees, and its screen is non-contact, suggesting that this laptop is for the more conservative users who are only looking for what they need on a machine.
The new MacBook Pro offers up to 6-core processors and more performance.
In addition, the Lenovo S730 has a 1080p display that supports Dolby Vision technology, and its speakers are equipped with Dolby Atmos, which may not sound like the C930, but is an excellent alternative.

Lenovo Yoga Book C930
This is one of Lenovo’s latest notebooks in terms of design, with an e-ink touch screen located where we normally have the keyboard on a notebook. This means that this device does not have a physical keyboard.
This E-Ink screen can also act as a document reader or even a notepad. In fact, it has a precision pen that you can use to draw on either screen, and both have 4,096 pressure levels.
The resolution of the E-Ink screen is not everything, it has 1920×1080 pixels, and the main IPS screen is LCD with a resolution of 2560x1600p. Although you won’t have Dolby Vision, the Lenovo Book C930 features Atmos speakers and is ultraportable, weighing only 775 grams and 9.9mm thick.
Users have the choice between an Intel Core i5-7Y54 and m3-7Y30 CPU. Both are part of Intel’s third seventh generation of processors, but they still do not have the power of the Yoga S730. Laptop autonomy promises to be 24 hours.
The price of the C930 laptops is US$ 1,170 for the book model, US$ 1,749 for the flagship C930 and the Yoga S730 also costs US$ 1,170.
