On the Geekbench database, a rumored Intel Core i9-11950H has surfaced, a variant that will sit between the i9-11980HK and i9-11900H in terms of performance.
Intel Core i9-11950H ‘Tiger Lake-H’ is listed on Geekbench
This model appears to be a souped-up version of the i9-11900H, with the base clock increasing from 2.5 to 2.6 GHz, while the boost clock is 4.89 GHz. The lack of the “L” nomenclature suggests that this model would not be unlocked, however, it would be the fastest model with 45W locked.
The processor is used in the HP ZBook Studio 15.6 G8 Mobile, a notebook for workstations, 3D design, and general content creation.
The laptops in this series use Quadro RTX GPUs and Intel Core processors. So far, the i9-11950H chip has only been seen in this laptop, so we think it might be an HP exclusive.
If we analyze the performance, the processor is slightly slower than the i9-10885H used in the current generation of HP Zbook Studio laptops, with a score of 1365 points in single-core and 6266 points in multi-core.
The next series of Intel Tiger Lake-H processors would be announced on May 11. With the official announcement will also come a variety of new notebooks that will use the 11th generation Tiger Lake-H series.
