The new F-Series has five new Intel Coffee Lake Refresh processors without graphics that are just as valuable as those with integrated graphics.
One of Intel’s most absurd products in recent years has been the Coffee Lake Refresh F processors, which do absolutely nothing and just turn off the graphics. A very negative aspect of these processors is that they are not cheaper, they are worth the same. Yes, these new processors have the same price as the current Coffee Lake Refresh. It also comes at a time when Intel is unable to meet demand.
This product currently makes no sense given the company’s problems. It was in August when for the first time it was reported that they had problems meeting the demand for processors. Removing these processors only aggravates this problem in theory. The company has not provided any data on these processors and remains rather opaque about its production problems.
There is no increase in performance of these processors, the working frequencies are the same, the overclocking capability is the same and the TDP is identical. Therefore, they are neither logical processors nor do they respond to any market needs. These will be the processors of the F-series that will come on the market:
Intel Core i9-9900KF: 8 Cores + 16 Threads @ 3.60/5.00 GHz with 95W TDP
Intel Core i7-9700KF: 8 Cores + 8 Threads @ 3.60/4.90 GHz with 95W TDP
Intel Core i7-9600F: 6 Cores + 6 Threads @ 3.70/4.60 GHz with 95W TDP
Intel Core i5-9400F: 6 cores + 6 threads at 2.90/4.10 GHz with 65W TDP
Intel Core i3-9350KF: 4 Cores + 4 Threads @ 4.00/4.60 GHz with 91W TDP
