HTC is working with Bitcoins.com to release new features for their smartphone for Blockchain, HTC Exodus Blockchain bringing support to their Bitcoin Cash App.
According to the manufacturer, the new HTC Exodus 1 smartphones will integrate the Bitcoin Cash crypto coin application, so the new terminals have this app pre-installed, while the old models can implement it after an update.
HTC points out that the partnership with Bitcoin.com puts the platform in a position to market its branded devices through the Blockchain platform, so you can easily see Exodus 1 for sale by logging in to the website.
Exodus 1 is HTC’s dedicated blockchain device and was introduced in late 2018 to manage crypto coins through its own wallet, Zion.
This allowed users to use a secure application and avoid downloading other Android wallets to prevent access to intruders or malware. In early 2019, however, it was known that the Exodus 1 blockchain would also support remote apps, including the Opera browser.
While the HTC Exodus 1 promises to be a terminal that would revolutionize the mobile phone environment by exchanging and managing much safer operations. However, working with the Bitcoin Dash app could make it less attractive as it can be implemented on other devices.
It is speculated that this is a step by HTC to increase their sales and advertising equipment. In May, it was announced that a new version of Exodus 1 would allow the exchange of more than 60 ERC-20 tokens, including the Universal Service Token (BAT), Dai (DAI) and, as expected by the alliance, the Cybernet Network Token (KNC).
The HTC Exodus 1 features a powerful Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.
