As you know, if you want to add an image to a Word document, it is necessary to have it stored on your computer. Next, you have to go to the “Insert” tab of the text editor’s toolbar and click on “images,” one of the options.

There is a plugin that allows you to add Pixabay pictures for free. That is Images for Pixabay, a supplement that combines the option to extract photographs from the image bank. And quickly add them to any Word document or PowerPoint presentation.
When you install this plugin, the corresponding option will be added automatically in the “insert” tab, of which we already mentioned. If you click on it, a section will open in the right side area. In which you can search the images and add them to the document.
How to install Images for Pixabay?
The procedure is straightforward. To install the plugin enter this link. You must log in with a Microsoft account to build it. After that, you can open any of the offices as mentioned above programs. And verify that the option “Expected” is found in the “Insert” section.
The bar will show preloaded images, but the image search can be customized. So, for this purpose, you must click on the option “Show advanced search tools” that is below the search box. Then you can indicate the category to which it belongs, for example, “music,” the size it should have, orientation (vertical, horizontal) and the type of image.
After that you will only have to select the photo that you like. And continue with the edition of your documents.
