The Google Translator has added some exciting changes in its latest update for Android. So, that will make it easier to use the app in different scenarios.
One of the changes we will notice has to do with the design of the action menu. If you are a user of the app frequently, you will remember that there were three options: to capture text with the camera, write a word or paragraph by hand, and talk mode.
Now we will find new icons for each of the actions, as well as a description, which will be useful for those users who are new or do not use the app frequently. And as a bonus, a new possibility was added: the dictation of voice, as we see in the image:
Google Translate launches design and dictation voice on Android
It is an exciting integration since we can dictate a sentence or record a statement in another language. And see its translation in the text. So we will no longer have to resort to Conversation mode. And to adapt its dynamics and use it for voice dictation.
This update was launched last month, but it has not been until these days. which has been extended to all users. So if you have the app installed, you can already check the changes. Or force the update manually from Google Play.
