Google launches a new type of advertising campaign for SMEs

Aiming at simplification, Google introduced changes to its products for advertisers yesterday. And as part of the new Google Ads bet, the Google team announced Smart Campaigns, a new type of advertising campaign designed for SMEs.

It is a solution that takes into account the needs of entrepreneurs or small businesses that do not have marketing departments or personnel dedicated to designing advertising campaigns.

Smart Campaigns offers the possibility of creating campaigns in a few minutes, as almost all the options are automated, taking into account the advertiser’s objectives. And to complete the dynamic and ensure the expected results, this solution uses the potential of Google algorithms to display ads to the right audience, taking into account different parameters.

An interesting detail to highlight is that Google gives the possibility to those companies that do not have a website to have an optimized landing page, which will be generated automatically. This way, they will be able to use Smart Campaigns for both Google My Business and the landing pages created by Google.

And as a bonus, Google plans to launch Image Picker, so that advertisers can choose up to three images (their own or suggested by Google) to try different combinations, adding text and evaluating which ad model fits the strategy they plan to implement.

Smart Campaigns is now available to U.S. companies and will be extended to all before the end of the year.
