The results of the GTX 2080 Ti were published by the user “Nagato”. The user tested the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 2080 Ti graphics card which is clearly mentioned in the hardware configuration. The chip was tested with a Core i7-7700K CPU that is good enough not to create any’bottlenecks’ with this GPU. The interesting part is that the card is listed as a special delivery for GSS. This is the first time we are seeing such an unusual name attached to Geforce.

As for the points earned, well, they’re not that good, but a look at the scores reveals why they’re so low. If you look at the difference between the Low (1080p) and Crazy (1080p) presets in the DirectX 11 API, you will see that the performance is almost identical. Even with the Vulkan API in the 1080p preset, performance remains unchanged. This shows that driver optimization is not available for this card at this time. It should be a very early sample that was tested for performance on current controllers by an internal tester.

Is it that we are close to the launch of this card or is it a test of an early model of the GTX 2080 Ti? Previously we had seen Nvidia graphics cards like the Titan V, with a fully retail-ready design, 6 months before its launch.
