We had seen designs, but now we finally know what we will find in Huawei P30 and P30 Pro on March 26th.
Based on the similarities, both phones will use the Kirin 980 chip from Huawei, have Android Pie with the EMUI 9.1 layer and carry a 32MP front camera. In the rest of the hardware there are differences that we will see next:
The P30 will initially come with a 6.1″ Full-HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) OLED screen, while the P30 Pro is the same, but has a 6.47″ size.
As for the camera, both will have 3 lenses, but the Pro version will have a better sensor. As for the megapixels, the P30 has a setup with a 40MP main camera (f/1.8), a 16MP wide-angle camera and an 8MP telecamera (f/2.4). The Pro version will also have a 40MP main sensor (OIS, f/1.6). The wide-angle image in this version is 20 MP, while the telephoto camera has 8 MP (f/3.4) and a hybrid x10 zoom.
In memory, the P30 has 6GB of RAM, 2GB less than the Pro version. The “standard” version is limited to 128GB of internal memory, while the Pro version will be available with 256GB or 512GB.
Finally, the P30 operates at 3,650mAh in the battery range and the P30 Pro at 4,200mAh.
Both phones will be available in black, twilight and aurora blue. The P30 Pro will also appear red at dawn (don’t look at us funny, they chose these names). It should be noted that the P30 is equipped with an audio jack, while its Pro version does not.
