Dell updated its line of Dell XPS 13 laptops, renewing its design and boosting its performance. One of the most striking aspects of the new models is that they have almost no frames around the screen. As the slopes have diminished considerably, as the image shared by Dell shows:

They have also taken into account other details, such as the finishes, to give it a more modern look, and as a bonus. That is a new color is added with version 2018, the “Rose Gold.”
Turning to the essential features, we find a 13.3-inch screen and 4K UHD resolution. This new version of Dell XPS 13 features 8th generation Intel processors, 4 to 16 GB RAM, and 128 GB to 1 TB storage.
And as for autonomy, this model promises about 20 hours, since it has a battery of 52 Wrh. Dell has already released version 2018 of Dell XPS 13 to the market. At the moment, only in the United States, and with two proposals: the version for Windows 10 has a price of about 1000 dollars and another with Ubuntu of approximately 950 dollars.
Price and Specification Details
There are two types of displays in the notebook: the cheaper models are 1920 × 1080 pixels, while the most expensive ones are 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K). The Full HD display is also available in touch and non-touch, while the 4K panel is not touch-sensitive. The webcam is below the show, in addition to infrared, so it supports the Windows Hello biometric access control system. That is not the only password-free authentication system; optionally the power button can be built with a built-in fingerprint reader.
As expected, the new Dell XPS 13 is made of aluminum. And the cover that comes with the keyboard and the tip is of carbon fiber. It can be powered by Intel Core i5-8250U or Core i7-8550U. Also, it comes with a maximum memory of up to 16 GB, and up to 1 terabyte of PCI-E SSD storage.

In addition to this, some ports are greatly different from the conventional model. In the conventional model, there are two USB Standard-A terminals and one USB type-C corresponding to Thunderbolt 3, USB type-C corresponding to Thunderbolt 3, USB Type-C of 1 It has a structure of USB Type-C × 3.
