The new Corsair Hydro H100i Pro features Zero RPM technology, which keeps the fans off when the processor load is low, so there’s not a lot of heat to remove. The fans are activated when the processor temperature reaches a certain threshold by placing a sensor in the CPU block.

The pump block of the Corsair Hydro H100i Pro is similar to that of the H100i version, with its silver octagonal shape and an aesthetically pleasing RGB LED lighting system that can be controlled by the Corsair iCue software. The manufacturer includes two high-quality Corsair ML120 fans, which are capable of spinning at speeds between 400 and 2400 RPM, generating a maximum airflow of 75 CFM at 37 dBA noise.

The two fans are mounted on their aluminum finned radiator, which is based on a design that has been optimized to offer a large amount of heat exchange surface area, which is essential for maximum cooling capacity.

Corsair Hydro H100i Pro is being developed to support most of today’s Intel and AMD socket types, including LGA2066, LGA115x and AM4, what do you think of this Corsair Hydro H100i Pro and its Zero RPM mode?
