BenQ has just announced the launch of a monitor within its ZOWIE gamer range. That is the new ZOWIE XL 2546, a monitor designed for enthusiastic gamers and e-Sports. That also comes the new DyAc technology of the manufacturer, which promises to help clear movement transitions in games.
ZOWIE XL 2546 Monitor Shield and DyAc technology
The monitor has a 24’5 “TN panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (1080p), 400 nits brightness, 1000: 1 contrast, 1ms response, 0.28 pitch and 240Hz refresh rate. It also has the technology called “Monitor Shield” which are those side panels that help to concentrate avoiding distractions as well as “Black eQualizer” that will help us to increase the visibility in the dark areas without generating overexposure.

The new BenQ ZOWIE XL 2546 is unique for the gaming monitor for DreamHack of Atlanta 2017. So tournament participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the new DyAc technology on the first hand. BenQ has not yet communicated about the price and availability of it. So we will have to wait some time to reach it in European distributors.
