The earpads incorporate AirWave technology, offering breathability and sound insulation. Moreover, the headband utilizes ski goggle suspension, which evenly distributes the headset’s weight and can be adjusted or removed to prevent concentrated pressure.
The frequency response of the headphones covers the range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, which matches the typical audible range of the human ear. The impedance is 32 ohms for optimal sound quality. As for the microphone, its frequency response extends from 100 Hz to 6,500 Hz. The microphone sensitivity is -48 dB, and the impedance is 2,200 Ω. The “Arctis 7” is wireless-compatible and features a built-in battery with a runtime of up to 15 hours.
