The Ryzen 9 3900 is a processor with 12 physical cores and 24 threads. We are talking about CPU 12C/24T here. This is a slightly modified version of the current showcase, the Ryzen 9 3900X. A frequency concession makes it possible to reduce the TDP from 105 watts to 65 watts. Its mechanics are driven with 3.10 GHz against a turbo mode with 4.30 GHz. The Ryzen 9 3900X operates at 3.80 GHz and 4.60 GHz. Internally, 512 KB of dedicated L2 cache per core is accompanied by 64 MB of L3 cache.

The Ryzen 5 3500X is more strongly marked on its side in the direction in which the arrival of the “X” brings much compared to the current Ryzen 5 3500. We find a 6-core chip, this time supported by SMT technology, which is enough to manage 12 threads. Its rated frequency of 3.60GHz is identical to that of the Ryzen 5 3600, while the boost mode is 4.1GHz instead of 4.2GHz.

At the moment, these chips appear to be reserved for OEMs and system integrators.
