Specifically, we are talking about the Ryzen 7 5700G, Ryzen 5 5600G, and Ryzen 3 5300G. HP recently leaked some official documents with the specifications of the new AMD APUs, the Ryzen 5000G for desktop PCs.
As reported by well-known leaker momomo, the Ryzen 7 5700G will offer a configuration of 8 cores/16 threads at a frequency of 3.80/4.60 GHz; the Ryzen 5 5600G will offer 6 cores/12 threads at 3.90/4.40 GHz with the same 16 MB of L3 memory; and finally, the Ryzen 3 5300G will have 4 cores/8 threads at a frequency of 4.00/4.20 GHz with 8 MB of L3 cache. All of them will have the same TDP of 65W.
As for the integrated graphics, we don’t have any information on that yet, but we should see AMD Radeon Vega 8 (512 stream processors), Vega 7 (448 SPs), and Vega 6 (384 SPs).
At this point, we don’t know if AMD will make the same controversial decision as they did with the Ryzen 4000G to release them only for the OEM market. Anyway, it’s worth remembering that a user recently put a technical sample of the Ryzen 5 5300G up for sale on eBay and also posted some benchmarks, so if you’re eager to learn more about these processors, you can get an idea of what to expect.
