A new filtration courtesy of AdoredTV suggests that AMD is working on up to ten new Ryzen 3000 processors, including a 16-core chip with a huge 5.1GHz clock, let’s see all the details.
AMD Ryzen 3000 will include 16-core models with 5.1 GHz
According to AdoredTV, AMD will launch three new entry-level Ryzen 3 processors. The Ryzen 3 3300 is a six-core twelve-thread CPU with a 3.2 GHz base clock, a 4 GHz pulse, 50 W TDP and a price tag of 99 dollars. Next is the Ryzen 3 3300X, another six-wire twelve-wire processor, this time with a 3.5GHz base clock, a 4.3GHz boost, 65W TDP and a price of $129. It is rumored that both CPUs will make their debut at CES 2019.
Finally, the Ryzen 3 3300G is a six-core twelve-threaded CPU with a 3.0GHz base clock, a 3.8GHz turbo, and a 65W TDP. Unlike the other Ryzen 3 processors, it appears to be equipped with a Navi 12 graphics processor integrated into 15 processing units, making it AMD’s first six-core desktop APU and available for $129.
Ryzen 5 3000 offers 8 cores
As with the AMD Ryzen 5 series, rumors have been spread about the three mid-range Ryzen 5 3000 series processors with 8 cores and 16 threads. The first, the Ryzen 5 3600, comes with a 3.6 GHz base clock, 4.4 GHz turbo, 65 W TDP and a price of 178 dollars. Next is the Ryzen 5 3600X, again an 8-wire 16-wire processor with a speed of 4-4.8 GHz, a 95W TDP and a price of $229. Then there is the Ryzen 5 3600G, an 8-core 16-thread APU with a 3.2GHz base clock, a 4GHz turbo clock, a 95W TDP and a Navi 15 GPU with 20 arithmetic units. It would come in the third quarter of 2019 at a price of $ 199.
We continue with the Ryzen 7 3000 processors, which apparently will have no integrated graphics, and use an architecture similar to the AMD EPYC 2 server chips, with two Zen 2 arrays forming 12 cores and 24 threads. The Ryzen 7 3700 will have a 3.8 GHz base clock and a 4.6 GHz turbo, a 95W TDP and a price of $299. The Ryzen 7 3700X retains the same features except for a 4.2 GHz base clock and a 5.0 GHz turbo, a 105 W TDP and a price of $329.
AMD Ryzen 9 3800, the new top model of the 16 cores at 5.1 GHz
It is also rumored that AMD is preparing two really impressive Ryzen 9 CPUs that will have two full 8-core Zen 2 arrays giving them 16 cores and 32 threads. The Ryzen 9 3800X comes with a base frequency of 3.9 GHz and a turbo of 4.7 GHz, 125 W TDP and a price of 449 dollars. It will be communicated to the ESC. Finally, the Ryzen 9 3850X would come in May with a 4.3GHz base clock, a 5.1GHz turbo, 135W TDP and a price of $499.
If these specifications and prices are real, then the AMD Ryzen 3000 Series will be an impressive family and something that Intel can hardly match in price and performance.
