Sources from Tweaktown have stated that AMD plans to launch a new product based on Vega 20 on the Computex 2018. This, or these, 7 nm graphics cards would come with a memory capacity of 32 GB HBM2. Unfortunately, this new card will not be for games but will act as a new entry in the AMD Radeon Instinct line for deep learning tasks.

That’s why the AMD Vega 20 graphics card is expected to be expensive, although the performance characteristics of the graphics card are not known at this time. It is possible that AMD plans to release a gaming-oriented version of this graphics card at a later date, although the company also has its previously announced Vega Mobile graphics card to display, which potentially makes Computex very interesting for those interested in AMD graphics, in response to Nvidia in this field, where it fully dominates with its Pascal architecture.

The AMD press conference at the Computex will take place on June 6 at 10:00 a.m., Taipei time (9:00 p.m. on June 5 in the USA and 3:00 a.m. in the UK) This event will be broadcast live on Youtube.
