ADATA today unveiled a new industrial grade SSD, the new IM2P3388 PCIe M.2 NVMe SSD employs 3D MLC NAND Flash and an SMI controller to deliver up to 2500MB / s of reading and 1100MB / s of write performance. This new M.2 SSD arrives in the usual M.2 2280 format, so it is compatible with most of these slots.
IM2P3388 PCIe M.2 NVMe SSD Specifications
The new SSD M.2 is available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities. And these are capable of taking advantage of the PCI Express 3.0 x4 bandwidth from slot M.2. While in the technical section they can support a broad range of Temperatures (-40 to 90 degrees Celsius), strokes (1500G) or even vibrations (20G), making them ideal for the professional environment. While offering features of SMART, TRIM, protection against power failure and secure erase.
Its form factor M.2 2280 makes it take up tiny space. So we have a solution with a great storage capacity incredibly dense, in its construction. The best materials are used to withstand the harsh conditions of temperature, shocks, and vibrations Of the industrial sector. This disc can withstand temperatures of -40ºC to 80ºC. And vibrations of up to 20G and tolerance to shocks of 1500G / 0.5ms. It also includes an electromagnetic shield to avoid interference caused by other components.
The new IM2P3388 PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 also features SLC and DRAM cache memory. That provides faster speeds and sustained performance even in the most intense tasks.
At the moment the manufacturer has not announced prices for any of the models, nor dates of availability in our territory.
