Acer offers the Predator XN253QX, a monitor that clearly points into the world of eSports or those players who want to play with the best possible settings.
The Acer Predator XN253QX delivers a refresh rate of 240 Hz and an input delay of 0.4 ms from gray to gray. This is a result of the TN display, which seems to be superior to the others on the market. The native resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels at a size of 24.5 inches. And of course, to make sure players don’t have any “ripping” problems, the screen has a G-Sync chip that ranges from 1 to 240 Hz, avoiding any screen errors and ensuring greater fluidity in games.
The screen has an ergonomic mount that can adjust height and tilt, with the ability to move the screen to an upright position when needed. The connectivity system consists of an HDMI connector and a DisplayPort as well as a USB-HUB type A 3.0. The appearance will be borderless with only 6 mm between screen and frame. Finally, there are headphone and microphone inputs.
The monitor is already available in the USA for 499 USD and is expected to arrive in Europe soon. The market for gaming monitors is growing rapidly, with many players opting for monitors with lower input delays, higher refresh rates above 100 Hz and FreeSync/G-Sync.
