Acer today unveils its new Chromebook for education users. That is the Acer Chromebook 11 C732, at The Bett Show in London. The new Chromebook has the robust design of the predecessors, with MIL-STD 810G certification and an IP41 rating for protection against objects and water intrusion. And also that includes models with 4G connectivity and data access on the move.

Acer will be at The Bett Show between January 24 and January 27 at booth B100. In which the units of the new Chromebook 11 C732 will be on display.
Increased durability functions
The Acer Chromebook 11 C732 includes all the durability functions of its predecessors and develops them with an IP41 rating to further protect the investment of the school. The IP41 rating ensures that your Chromebook has no aperture greater than 1mm in diameter to protect it from wires, paper clips and other small parts that could cause damage.
Also, the IP41 rating on the Chromebook 11 C732 means that the system is protected from splashing water. And we can use it in any weather conditions. Also, the Chromebook 11 C732 meets the stringent requirements of the US MIL-STD 810G for robustness, reliability, and equipment quality validation, including sand and dust protection.
The Acer Chromebook 11 C732 tolerates drops from heights up to 122 cm. Thanks to a structure shielded at the corners and blurred strip around the keyboard. The unique structure of the Acer Chromebook 11 C732 strengthens the body to withstand downward forces up to 60 kg on the top cover. Reinforced housing and hinges result in increased resistance to stress and strain so students can carry the system in their backpacks.
The keyboard on the Acer Chromebook 11 C732 has design technology. That ensures maximum benefit for students. It includes built-in keys that prevent tampering with the equipment. And that reduces the possibility that the keycaps are removed by students.

The Acer Chromebook 11 C732 delivers solid performance through the Intel® Celeron® N3350 dual-core processor or the Intel® Celeron® N3450 quad-core processor. The Acer Chromebook 11 can be purchased with an IPS 11.6 (C732T) or no IPS or TN (C732) touchscreen. The display has a resolution of 1366 × 768 HD that ensures explicit apps and text and vivid videos and photos.

New CX13 Chromebox with powerful performance and flexible connectivity options
With solid performance enabled by processors up to Intel® Core ™ 8th generation. The Acer Chromebox CX13 is an excellent choice for desktops in computer labs and bookstores. It includes a wide range of connectivity options including a USB 3.1 Type-C port, five USB Type-A ports with USB 3.1 and USB 2.0 support depending on the model. Also, there is an HDMI port, a Gigabit Ethernet port and a MicroSD card reader.
In wireless options, the Acer Chromebox CX13 includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac MIMO 2 × 2 and Bluetooth 4.2 LE. The Acer Chromebox CXI3 incorporates a compact design that fits into any space and can be placed standing on the stand included. Or it can attach behind a monitor with an optional VESA mounting kit.

The new Acer Chromebook 11 C732 line will be available for educational and business users in April priced from € 329.
