New Noctua NH-U14S DX-3647, NH-U12S DX-3647 and NH-D9 DX-3647 4U for Intel LGA3647

The new Noctua NH-U14S DX-3647, NH-U12S DX-3647, and NH-D9 DX-3647 4U models are based on form factors of 140, 120 and 92 mm respectively, covering all bases from high-performance workstations to compact 4U servers. Noctua’s high-quality fans make them all exceptionally quiet and ideal for use in noise-sensitive environments.

These new heat sinks are dedicated and customized solutions for Intel’s LGA3647 platform, making them ideal for scalable Xeon CPUs based on the Skylake-SP and Xeon-Phi architecture. Its contact surface with the processor is 70×56 mm, more than twice the size of standard models to ensure the best possible cooling in these large processors. This custom design allows for optimal heat flow from the CPU to the heatpipes and fins of the aluminum radiator.

The Noctua NH-D9 DX-3647 4U is smaller, making it perfect for 4U class rackmount servers, which need to run as quietly as possible. The 12 cm and 9 cm models use dual fan configurations with two NF-A12x25 and NF-A9 HS-PWM to ensure exceptional performance despite their smaller size and surface area.

They all come with pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound, which ensures optimum joint line thickness and saves precious time during installation. Your SecuFirm2 mounting system includes two sets of brackets to support square and narrow LGA3647 sockets.
