With the adverts for Comet Lake S desktop processors, the amount of information about motherboards increases for them. We’ve already written about image leaks on the new Gigabyte, MSI, and ASUS products. Now the last two companies have published advertising images of their future boards.
ASUS has published a picture showing parts of several future motherboards and the signature “Coming Soon”. The picture shows fragments of the ROG Strix and ROG Maximus XII motherboards, TUF Gaming and Prime. In the middle boasts a part of the new representative of the ProArt series.
Previously, ASUS only released monitors and laptops under the ProArt brand for professional users who work with graphics in their various guises. It now appears in this series and motherboards designed for workstations. Thus, ASUS will support the iron release course for “Content Creators”, which other manufacturers are also joining.
For its part, MSI will be demonstrating a motherboard from the Gaming Carbon series, but from different angles. In one of the photos, the company drew attention to the RGB backlighting of the new product and in the other to the presence of SSD drive spotlights in M.2 slots.
In general, the Gaming Carbon series combines the “almost emblematic” motherboards of a Taiwanese manufacturer. The novelty on display certainly has a very rich feature set, a powerful power subsystem, and a multitude of modern interfaces.
