ASUS has announced via press release its new ASUS ROG Zephyrus laptop, a new ultra-thin gamer notebook with great specifications. The new Zephyrus features the latest 7th generation Intel Core i7 Kaby Lake processors and adds a GTX 1080 for maximum performance in gaming. Of course, ASUS has not neglected the important element of the installed panel, giving the Zephyrus a 15.6-inch panel compatible with G-Sync with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a 100% color gamut of the sRGB spectrum.

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced the Zephyrus: the world’s finest gaming notebook equipped with the 7th gen. of Intel Core i7 (Kaby Lake) and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics. The ROG Zephyrus has installed the Windows 10 Creators update factory, which adds the new Windows Game mode and the retransmission of games with Beam, the new streaming service from Microsoft.

New ROG design and cooling system
The ROG Zephyrus incorporates the new Active Aerodynamic System (AAS) cooling system, able to cool the equipment efficiently and quietly despite its compact dimensions and to carry the most powerful components. AAS uses AeroAccelerator (AA) technology to accelerate the flow of air running through the inside of the equipment and cool the components more efficiently. The three-dimensional curved surface of the fan and the throttle ducts increase airflow and in addition, by opening the Zephyrus screen, the chassis unfolds allowing 20% more air to enter. With AAS, users can take full advantage of the ROG Zephyrus GPU and CPU and enjoy uninterrupted game marathons.
